Emmy & Ian are married at the Library! I love the library so much and it turned out I really love Emmy & Ian & their wedding!!! The whole day turned out so beautiful. Here are the photos!!!
oh geez. I left this blog for a day and I’m feeling bad for not writing anything. So I’m gonna write some stuff. Emmy & Ian got ready at this big beautiful house right by James Madison Park. I just emailed Emmy to find out what the website is and here it is! http://mendotalakehouse.com/ she also said this, “……they had lots of marriage advice to share. Every time we saw them they were sitting in the back garden/parking lot looking at the lake and drinking.” Sounds perfect to me. I love that. That’s what I should be doing right now. This place has beautiful light!!!! go there!!! We walked down the hill to the James Madison Park. Emmy took that hill like a champion! Most brides wouldn’t have done that! Sometimes I feel like it’s best to shut up and see what happens. If it was my gal pal I probably would’ve said, “oh we can take that sidewalk over there” the sidewalk is so boring.
Then to the library! This is the first year the library did events & weddings. I want to shoot more Madison Library weddings. Contact me if you are gonna get married there. please. Ian & Emmy did a beautiful job with decorating it! I feel like I kept talking to the other wedding workers (mostly bartenders) and saying things like ” this looks good right? Like is this the prettiest wedding you’ve seen here all summer???” I think people agreed with me. They should’ve. Oh man and they had this super fun band who is really famous. At least really to sorta famous. I will probably buy one of her albums on itunes right now! The band was the Catherine Smith Band. http://www.carolinesmithcarolinesmith.com It was by far the most popular live band that i’ve ever seen at a wedding. Oh. That plays original songs. Everybody knew the words, which leads me to believe they are really famous. THIS WEDDING WAS A HIT!
